<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration of recognition accuracy even when recognition processing is executed at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: When a determined processing mode is recognition processing, processing by a first feature point position detection process is selected, and image data is recognized according to registration data and a feature amount calculated on the basis of a result of the first feature point position detection process and a result of a feature amount calculation position determination process. On the other hand, when the determined processing mode is registration processing, processing by a second feature point position detection process is selected which more accurately detects a position of a feature point than the first feature point position detection process, and the registration data is generated from a feature amount calculated on the basis of a result of the second feature point position detection process and a result of the feature amount calculation position determination process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
