<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mixing efficiency and to suppress unevenness of foam when mixing a plurality of agents self-foaming to serve as foam-like hair cosmetics when mixed with each other. <P>SOLUTION: An instrument for mixing the plurality of agents self-foaming to serve as the foam-like hair cosmetics when mixed with each other includes a plate part of plate shape.
