<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an individual access key for each terminal device to a proper terminal device and to authenticate the propriety of each terminal device by the supplied access key. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device 20 superimposes a terminal ID on acoustic signals by an acoustic watermark and emits it (S1-S3). An access key supply device 10A acquires the terminal ID extracted from the acoustic signals indicating the emitted sound of the terminal device 20 (S4, S5). The access key supply device 10A generates an access key for logging in a response processing server 30 using the terminal ID, superimpose the generated access key on the acoustic signals by the acoustic watermark and emits it (S6-S8). The terminal device 20 transmits an access request including the access key for the present terminal device extracted from the acoustic signals indicating the emitted sound of the access key supply device 10A and the terminal ID, to the response processing server 30 (S9-S11).
