<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently guide a person to be guided while calling the attention of the person to be guided by using audio information and video information as information for guiding the person to be guided, and outputting the audio information and the video information from the same position, respectively. <P>SOLUTION: A guidance instruction apparatus comprises a guidance instruction information storage section 33 which stores as guidance instruction information audio information and image information for instructing guidance to a person 40 to be guided who is subjected to the guidance, a presentation position determination section 36 which determines a position to present the guidance instruction information in accordance with contents of the guidance, a direction control section 37 which controls directions of a directional speaker 13 and a projection device 12 for outputting the guidance instruction information toward the position determined by the presentation position determination section 36, an audio output control section 34 which controls the directional speaker 13 for outputting the audio information, and an image output control section 35 which controls the projection device 12 for outputting the image information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
