1. An eyeliner composition, comprising:
20 to 60% by weight of composition glycerin; 0.1 to 10% by weight of composition colorant; 0.1 to 5% by weight of composition polypropylene; 0.1 to 5% by weight of composition triethanolamine; 20 to 60% by weight of composition latex; and 0.1 to 1% by weight composition polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane.
