The present invention provides a manufacturing method of houseleek beverage, comprising: a step of preparing houseleek juice or houseleek fermented liquor; a step of mixing a solvent into the houseleek juice or the houseleek fermented liquor; and a step of adding propolis, a flavoring agent or a sweetening agent, wherein the step of preparing houseleek fermented liquor comprises: a step of cutting houseleek and miniaturizing the houseleek; a pre-treatment step of sterilizing the houseleek fragment; a step of mixing and inoculating a microorganism strain in the houseleek fragment passing through the pre-treatment step; a step of fermenting the houseleek fragment passing through the inoculating step; and a step of extracting a houseleek fermented product obtained by passing through the fermenting step. |
