PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which can adjust a control amount of a plant in advance so that a specified state amount does not conflict with a constriction under a specified operation condition even if an operation condition of the plant is abruptly changed.SOLUTION: This control device comprises a prediction model which includes an operation condition of a plant and a control amount in an input, and includes a future value of a specified state amount which is predicted from the input in an output. The control device searches for a virtual current value of the control amount for avoiding the specified state amount conflicting with a constriction in future by using a prediction model on assumption that an operation condition of the plant is the specified operation condition which is defined in advance, sets the virtual current value which is found by the search as a target value of the control amount, and decides an operation amount of the plant so that an actual current value of the control amount approximates the target value. |
