PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a member to be used in a crucible extraction method for quartz glass, having improved sealability.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a member by bonding each wall part, especially in a method for manufacturing a molten crucible to be used at a high working temperature in a crucible extraction method for quartz glass, namely, in a method in which at least two wall parts 1 made of a high melting metal or a high melting metal-based alloy are prepared, and each wall part is allowed to abut mutually to form a junction 3, and integrated into one member by being sintered at a temperature exceeding 1,500°C, a seal member 5 is inserted into the junction 3. |
