Provided is a questionnaire display system capable of reducing questionnaire answer burden. The questionnaire display system (1) has a questionnaire-used server (a server device) (2) and a display terminal (a terminal device) (3). In the server device (2), when the data used for questionnaire is input, a questionnaire information file is generated in the form of a matrix based on the data. According to the questionnaire information file, a display file used in display of questionnaire in the terminal device (3) is output. In the terminal device (3), the server device (2) is accessed to obtain the display file. According to the display file, questionnaire display is performed in a tile form from the matrix form. |
