PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-precision measurements to be performed on the transit time of a mobile.SOLUTION: A controller 230 controls an antenna selection unit 215 so that at least some antennas 210 out of plural antennas 210 are connected to a leader unit 220, determines on the basis of the outputs of the at least some antennas 210 whether an IC tag 300 approaches to any antenna of the plural antennas when at least some antennas 210 are connected to the leader unit 220, and acquiring an approach time as a goal time (first time) when the IC tag 300 is determined to approach to any antenna. Thereafter, the controller 230 controls the antenna selection unit 215 so as to switch each antenna 210 constituting the plural antennas 210 according to a predetermined rule to connect to the leader unit 220, and determines on the basis of the output of the switched antenna 210 an antenna 210 to which the IC tag 300 approaches. |
