PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve retrievability of a desired scene from a video image of shooting a baseball game.SOLUTION: A computer executes processing for receiving a designation of a specific ball count state and a designation of a tendency of a change of a ball count from an initial ball count state to the specific ball count state, and extracting a video image corresponding to a state of the ball count after the state of the ball count is changed in accordance with the designated tendency of the change of the ball count, the state of the ball count being the same as the designated specific ball count state, from recorded baseball video images.
