<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and efficiently verify whether or not a clearance between a member moving along a predetermined trajectory and a member around the trajectory is secured for a predetermined interval or more from a starting point of the trajectory to its end point. <P>SOLUTION: There are prepared three-dimensional shape data of a movable-side member 40 and a fixed-side member 45, position data of a trajectory T, data of a verification position on the trajectory T and data of a predetermined interval, and simulation is performed on the basis of the data. In the simulation, on a virtual space 100, a virtual trajectory T' is overlapped on a virtual fixed-side member and in the virtual space 100, a virtual movable-side member 50 is moved from a starting point of the virtual trajectory T' to its end point along with the virtual trajectory T'. When the virtual movable-side member 50 reaches a verification position Pn on the virtual trajectory, the virtual movable-side member is disposed at each of positions displaced from the verification position in a plurality of predetermined directions by the predetermined interval on an orthogonal surface Kn to the virtual trajectory at the verification position, thereby determining whether or not the virtual movable-side member 50 is interfered with the virtual fixed-side member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
