PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft capsule content which can dissolve loxoprofen sodium or a hydrate thereof at high concentration into the soft capsule content, and to provide a soft capsule pharmaceutical preparation whose size is miniaturized by reducing the amount of a base material per dose to be easily taken in.SOLUTION: A soft capsule content containing a base material, loxoprofen sodium or a hydrate thereof, and a solubilizing adjuvant to dissolve the loxoprofen sodium or the hydrate thereof into the base material so that the concentration of the loxoprofen sodium or the hydrate thereof becomes 22-40 mass% is prepared. The solubilizing adjuvant contains a surfactant consisting of a monoglycerol fatty acid ester or polyglycerol fatty acid ester with a carbon number 8-10. The concentration of the loxoprofen sodium or the hydrate thereof is 22-40 mass%.
