PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat utilization device which can inhibit the overheat of an engine even when the seizure of a clutch in which the engine and the expander come into a permanently connecting state occurs in a non-operation range of a rankine cycle.SOLUTION: A waste heat utilization device includes a radiator (11), a rankine cycle (31), and a clutch (35) which connects and interrupts transmission of rotational force between an expander (37) and an engine. A condenser (38) and the radiator (11) are arranged in this order from an upstream side of air flow. Operation range limit means (71) is provided which further restricts an operation range of the engine in an occurrence of the seizure of the clutch in a non-operation range of the rankine cycle than in no occurrence of the seizure of the clutch.
