PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method that can perform analysis directly on skin of a human body, and can evaluate the amount and distribution of components permeated into the skin.SOLUTION: A method for analyzing components of a skin external preparation permeated into skin, includes the steps of: applying the skin external preparation to the skin: removing a plurality of layers of keratin by using an adhesive tape from an area of the skin to which the skin external preparation is applied; and performing mass spectrometry on ions generated from the adhesive tape to which the keratin adheres by using TOF-SIMS (Time-of-Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry). |
