<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy without enlarging a current detector or increasing loss. <P>SOLUTION: The first input terminal of a current/voltage converting circuit 21 of a current detecting circuit 2 including the current/voltage converting circuit 21 having an operational amplifier and a resistance and a variable voltage output circuit 22 is connected to a sense terminal S. The second input terminal is connected to the variable voltage output circuit 22. An output from the current/voltage converting circuit 21 is connected to a control input of the variable voltage output circuit 22.
