<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document display device capable of responding to a natural reading speed of a user and capable of allowing a user to concentrate on a place which is being read.SOLUTION: A document display device includes: an image display unit 16; a document input unit 11; an analysis unit input unit 12; an analysis unit 14 for analyzing the document input from the document input unit 11 by a sentence element input as an analysis unit from the analysis unit input unit 12; a position setting storage unit 15 for setting a display position on a display screen of each sentence element of the document analyzed at the analysis unit 14, and stores the position and image data of the document; a finger position detection unit 17 for detecting a finger touch position; and a display control unit 18. The display control unit 18 displays the document on the display screen in a weak contrast, and when the finger position detection unit 17 detects the finger touch position, it gradually emphasizes the contrast of the sentence element in the display position corresponding to the touch position, and after predetermined time has elapsed, it returns the contrast to the original weak contrast gradually.</p> |
