<p>[Problem] To provide insulation blocks which are configured such that the blocks will adhere to one another by mutual compression force when bonded together, and an insulation foundation, in which the insulation blocks are employed, which is both rigid and highly insulating. [Solution] Insulation blocks are formed from block main bodies, connection plates which are anchored to the block main bodies, and coupling rods which couple the insulation blocks together. The block main body has an interlock part disposed on one side of a semi-circular groove of the connection face, said groove being for the coupling rod to pass through, and also is provided with a press fit part with an oblique angle on the surface of the interlock part. A convex latch protrusion part is further disposed on the interlock part, and a latch depression part formed from a female concave shape, which corresponds to the male shape of the latch protrusion part, is disposed on the connection face which the interlock part of another insulation block makes contact with.</p> |
