<p>The present invention discloses a sensing positioning system for a rolling door. The system includes a shell body, a sensing module, a gear set and a control module. The shell body is hollow round-shaped and includes a base which defines an accommodating cavity, and the sensing module and the gear set are disposed in the accommodating cavity. The sensing module includes at least two sensors and a terminal part. The gear set is mounted with code discs which are in cooperation with simultaneous actions of limit gears and the rolling door to generate signals indicative of a location of the rolling door. A processor of the control module can read and compare the locations of the code discs transmitted from the limit gears to obtain an offset to calculate a direction and correct height of the rolling door during rising or falling. That is, when a motor drives the rolling door and a transmission gear to rotate, the limit gears are driven to rotate synchronously and the code discs to periodically pass the sensors, to enable the sensors to generate code signal, to enable the sensors to generate code signal indicative of rising or falling of the rolling door. The signal is transmitted to the processor through a terminal part. The processor can analyze the digital code to accurately set upper and lower limitation locations of the rolling door.
