PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce artifacts in X-ray computer tomography.SOLUTION: According to this embodiment, an X-ray computer tomographic imaging device includes image generation means, calculation means, and selection means. The image generation means uses a first image including a cone beam artifact, and a plurality of second images corresponding to each of a plurality of different scaling factors to generate a third image obtained by extracting the cone beam artifact in each scaling factor. The calculation means calculates a cone beam artifact metric for each of a plurality of third images. The selection means selects a scaling factor to be used for correction from the plurality of scaling factors on the basis of a plurality of cone beam artifact metrics. |
