PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat feeder of a meat slicer excellent in operability, capable of feeding meat without interfering with a round blade, by providing a stable meat feed quantity, regardless of a moving speed of a meat box and the size of the meat feed quantity.SOLUTION: A meat slicer is provided for slicing a meat mass sent out of a meat box 2 by a round blade 12, by reciprocating the meat box 2 equipped with a meat feed rotary body driven by a meet feed motor 3 via a crank mechanism 11, and a clearance C of 1/2 or more of a moving distance of the meat box 2 corresponding to an operation time of the meat feed motor 3 for providing a maximum meat feed quantity when a moving speed of the meat box 2 is maximum, is provided between the meat box 2 and the round blade 12 in a starting end position of reciprocating motion, and when setting the moving speed and a meat feed quantity of the meat box 2, the meat feed motor 3 is started in the timing before the meat box 2 returns to the starting end position by about 1/2 of the operation time of the meat feed motor 3 for providing a set meat feed quantity. |
