POWER CHARGING AND FEEDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power charging and feeding apparatus which even when the apparatus is connected to a load apparatus such as an electric automobile requiring electric power of large capacitor within a short time, can eliminate necessity of a large-scale discharging apparatus, can achieve down sizing and cost reduction and can switch charge/discharge of a storage battery by simple control of a charging device.SOLUTION: The power charging and feeding apparatus includes: a first DC system to be a bus line only for power generation; a second DC system only for load supply differently from the first DC system; a storage battery; and a charging device. The charging device controls a current outputted from the charging device by monitoring voltage of the first DC system and comparing the voltage of the first DC system with a reference voltage and performs switching processing of charge/discharge of the storage battery by a value of the current outputted from the charging device.
