PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention facilities capable of readily checking the state of a terminal unit for each zone with a monitoring control board during construction and inspection.SOLUTION: A plurality of relay boards 23-1 to 23-n are connected to a transmission line 68 led out from a pre-operation valve control board 10 functioning as a monitoring control board. The relay boards 23-1 to 23-n are respectively connected to terminal units such as a motor valve 42 for operation, a decompression detector 46 for operation, and a flowing water sensor 48 that are provided in pre-operation valve devices 25-1 to 25-n. A terminal information management controlling part 72 of the pre-operation valve control board 10 stores terminal unit information including an address, a zone, and a state of each of the relay boards 23-1 to 23-n and each of the terminal units provided in the pre-operation valve devices 25-1 to 25-n connecting to individual relay units, and manages the information. A display controlling part 74 of the pre-operation valve control board 10 detects, when receiving a terminal confirmation operation specifying a zone, a state of the relay board for the zone specified by the terminal unit information and a state of the terminal unit provided in the pre-operation valve device connected to the relay board, and displays them on a liquid crystal display 58. |
