<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank and others capable of constructing a dike in short duration and shortening work period.SOLUTION: In a LNG tank 1, a dike 2 is formed by arranging precast blocks 10 in a circumferential direction of the dike 2 and laminating the blocks in a vertical direction. The precast block 10 has loop joints 12 on upper, lower, left and right surfaces. Placing concrete 60 between the adjacent precast blocks 10 in circumferential direction and vertical direction of the dike 2 results in a formation of a joint 17 in circumferential direction and vertical direction of the dike 2. Prestress is introduced by PC steels 54 on the dike 2. PC steels 54 are placed in circumferential direction and vertical direction of the dike 2. Each PC steel is placed by avoiding the joint 17 in circumferential direction and vertical direction of the dike 2.</p> |
