A foaming and printing method of the present invention can perform a printing operation on a water repellence treatment liquid. Accordingly, the method can be applied in various fields to be used and to reduce intervals between processes. The method comprises: a conventional preprocessing step; a primary polyurethane resin covering step after having completed the preprocessing step; a foam resin covering step after the covering step has been passed; a painting process after the foam resin covering step has been passed; and a foaming step, wherein the preprocessing step, the primary polyurethane resin covering step, the foam resin covering step and the painting step are conducted in a thermal drying worktable of which temperature is 30-60°C. The method includes, between the painting step and the foaming step, a water repellence treatment liquid dipping step; a water repellence treatment liquid dehydrating step for a product which has been through the water repellence treatment liquid dipping step; and a drying step for drying the product at 70-130 °C after the water repellence treatment liquid is dehydrated. |
