An interior material for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of an interior material for a vehicle, as a method for manufacturing an interior material for a vehicle so as to prevent scratch of the interior material for the vehicle by being partially applied on a contact unit of the interior material for the vehicle in contact with a baggage, which comprises the steps of: molding a surface material in a first mold; forming the molded surface material inside a second mold by insert injection; and removing residual stress of the surface material, after molding the surface material. |
