Provided is a medical/nursing care support method with which it is possible for medical/nursing care staff such as doctors and nurses from different specialized fields to share medical/nursing care information pertaining to individual patients/care receivers while protecting the privacy of each patient/care receiver, and possible to provide better quality medical/nursing care services to each patient/care receiver on the basis of the shared medical/nursing care information. A group (G11) is generated by linking and storing a patient ID with a disease ID and a medical facility ID. A patient (P1) specified by patient group registration joins the group (G11) after accepting an invitation request. Medical staff (M1, M2) and persons (R1, R2, R4) relevant to the patient join the group (G11) as supporters in response to individual invitation requests. In accordance with sharing rules agreed by the patient (P1), medical information pertaining to the patient (P1) is shared among the patient (P1), the medical staff (M1, M2), and the persons (R1, R2, R4) relevant to the patient belonging to the group (G11). |
