[Problem] To provide a heating and cooling ventilation system for a multi-family housing complex that has low construction costs and running costs, improves the feeling of comfort by means of ventilation and heating of the entire multi-family housing complex, and is capable of reducing pressure differences and temperature variation in the entire multi-family housing complex. [Solution] The present invention has: outside air supply openings (3) that supply outside air within a multi-family housing complex (2); a common preheating apparatus (4) that preheats the outside air supplied from the outside air supply openings (3); a preheated warm air flow passage (5) that circulates the warm air preheated by the common preheating apparatus (4) to the uppermost story via each story of the building; preheated warm air openings (6) provided in each dwelling (21) and communicating with the preheated warm air flow passage (5); and warm air discharge paths (10) that discharge the warm air supplied to the dwellings (21) to the outside of the multi-family housing complex (2). In each dwelling (21), the preheated warm air openings (6) communicate with an underfloor space (22), and each dwelling is provided with discharge openings (8), which blow warm air into an above-floor space (23), and a return opening (9), which returns a portion of the warm air circulating in the dwelling (21) to the under-floor space (22). |
