GINSENG PREPARATIONS CONTAINING ABUNDANT GINSENOSIDE USING ASPERGILLUS USAMII AND LEUCONOSTOC CITREUM, AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a producing method of a red ginseng formulation with an increased compound K content. The present invention is to co-culture Aspergillus usamii and Leuconostoc citreum strains by inoculating both Aspergillus usamii and Leuconostoc citreum strains. The red ginseng extract with an increased ginsenoside content than an existing ginsenoside is produced by using the producing method of the present invention and, specifically, the extract has effects of enhancing anti-cancer, treating cancer, reducing cancer drug toxicity, preventing cancer and a thrombotic disease, and whitening, due to increasing the compound K in ginsenosides when using the method of the present invention. In addition, the red ginseng formulation according to the producing method of the present invention can show a high effect of protecting a liver by increasing activity of a detoxified enzyme.
