[Subject] Provided is a mounting structure of a multilayer capacitor capable of suppressing the deviation of a noise. [Solutions] The mounting structure (1A) comprises: the multilayer capacitor (10A), a wiring substrate (20), and a bonding material (31). The multilayer capacitor (10A) comprises: a body (11), wherein a dielectric layer (12) and an internal electrode layer (13) are alternately layered; and an external electrode (14) connected to the internal electrode layer (13). The body (11) includes a side (11c) covered by a side covering unit (14a) of the external electrode (14). The bonding material (31) is bonded to the outer surface of the side covering unit (14a) and the outer surface of a ground (22) installed on the wiring substrate (20) to cover the same. The outer end (S) of the thickest portion of the portion for covering the side covering unit (14a) of the bonding material (31) is located on the outside than the external end (Q) of the ground (22) in an orthogonal direction with the side (11c) of the body (11).
