Introduced are a robot to inspect an AVN system for a vehicle, and a control method thereof. The robot to inspect the AVN system for a vehicle comprises: a manipulator formed in a multi-joint structure having a drive part and a rotational angle sensor on each joint, and a pusher having a power sensor in an end thereof; and a control part which performs a position control for a PD control of torque from each drive part to allow the end of the manipulator to be positioned in a desired point in the AVN system, performing a power control for the PD control of torque from each drive part to allow the pusher to press a desired point in the AVN system using a desired power after the position control. |
