Disclosed are a coloring ringback tone processing method and device of a calling terminal, the method comprising: a calling terminal detects that the current call status is that a called terminal is starting to ring or is ringing; the calling terminal acquires a preset ringtone; and the calling terminal plays the preset ringtone, and adjusts the volume of the ring-back tone of the called terminal to zero. The present invention solves the problem in the relevant art that a calling party cannot actively select a favorite ring-back tone, so that the calling party can stop playing the ring-back tone of the called terminal as required when calling a called party, and can play his or her favorite coloring ring back tone, thus improving user experience. |
