The system has a catalyzer for converting exhaust gas components and/or particle filters and/or particle separators arranged within a compensator (20.1) and/or within a part of an exhaust manifold that is detachably connected with the compensator. External diameter of the catalyzer and/or the particle filters and/or the particle separators is smaller than or equal to an internal diameter of the compensator and/or the part of the exhaust manifold. The compensator has bellows or a corrugated tube or a sliding collar.
