FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF

A fire extinguishing system is disclosed. The fire extinguishing system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sensing part which senses whether a fire breaks out inside a wind power generator and outputs a sensed signal based on the sensed results; a control part which outputs a control signal based on abnormal signals outputted from multiple controllers inside the wind power generator and the sensed results; a cooling part which cools the inside of the wind power generator using cooling water and supplies the cooling water based on the control signal; and a drive part which extinguishes fire using the cooling water. Therefore, the present invention reduces costs by using cooling water and efficiently deals with a fire when the fire breaks out.
