A color film substrate. The color film substrate comprises a base substrate (1), and comprises a color film matrix (2), a black matrix (3) and a spacer (4) sequentially formed on the base substrate (1). The color film matrix (2) consists of multiple red, green and blue photoresistors (5, 6, 7). The red, green and blue photoresistors (5, 6, 7) are separately formed in corresponding pixel regions (P) and are overlapped with each other in a gap region (V) between neighboring pixel regions (P) to form a three-layer stacked structure, and the black matrix (3) and a spacer (4) are sequentially formed on the stacked structure in each gap region (V). According to the provided color film substrate manufacturing method, by forming a stacked structure of the red, green and blue photoresistors (5, 6, 7) by means of overlapping same in the gap region (V) between the neighboring pixel regions (P) of the organic light-emitting display panel and the display apparatus, the height of the color film substrate can be increased, the manufacturing height of the spacer (4) can be reduced, the process implementation difficulty can be reduced, and the manufacturing defect-free rate of a color filter can be improved; in addition, a barrier layer (8) can also greatly reduce residues of black matrix material, and the manufacturing defect-free rate of the color film substrate can be further improved. |
