USE OF A BITUMINOUS COMPOSITION AS ADHESIVE BINDER

The present invention relates to the use of a bituminous composition as adhesive binder. The bituminous composition comprises at least one acid additive of general formula (I): R-(COOH)z in which R is a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, hydrocarbon chain comprising from 4 to 68 carbon atoms, preferably from 4 to 54 carbon atoms, more preferably from 4 to 36 carbon atoms and z is an integer that varies from 1 to 4, preferably from 2 to 4.
