Provided are a power source management method and a power source. The method comprises: comparing feedforward control signals and feedback control signals through a logic control circuit, and outputting the signals obtained through comparison for matching to obtain control signals of a full-bridge topology circuit switching transistor (S301); and adjusting the control signals of the full-bridge topology circuit switching transistor through the logic control circuit, so that the working duty cycles of two bridge arms on the primary side are matched and are symmetric within one switching period of the logic control circuit or matched for a long time, thereby preventing magnetic biasing of a transformer (S302). By means of the power source management method and the power source, good feedforward performance is obtained, input disturbance is restrained, magnetic biasing of the transformer is avoided, and normal working of the power source is ensured.
