In the present invention, there are disclosed complexes of gold in oxidation state +I with hypoxanthine and phosphane derivatives as well as their crystal solvates, comprising a structural motif I of the general formula [Au(L)(PRi3)] and expressed by the structural formula II, wherein - the symbol L represents a hypoxanthine deproteinated derivative bound via a nitrogen atom N9 to a gold atom in a manner as expressed in the base motif I, - PRi3 denotes a phosphane derivative, - the substituents R are independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, cycloalkyl, substituted alkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl, and/or arbitrary combinations thereof, - the substituent R1 is independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, - the substituent R2 is independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, alkynyl, substituted alkynyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkenyl, substituted cycloheteroalkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl. The complexes of the present invention are intended for the treatment of breast adenocarcinoma, osteosarcoma, lung carcinoma, malignant melanoma, cervical cancer, ovarian carcinoma, ovarian carcinoma resistant to cisplatinum and/or prostate carcinoma. |
