The present invention also relates to a method of stabilizing an emulsion composition containing difluprednate, the method includes preparing an emulsion composition comprising difluprednate and zinc. According to the present invention, a difluprednate-containing emulsion composition having excellent preservative efficacy and excellent stability (photostability and heat stability) can be provided.
