A fixed-volume material-feeding low-speed juicing system and method, comprising a container (100) and, provided in the container (100), an annular screen (500) and a spiral body (400), where a low-speed cutting structure (300) provided above the spiral body (400) and the annular screen (500) are utilized for fixed-volume cutting of food ingredients coming from a material inlet (201) prior to being squeezed between the spiral body (400) and the annular screen (500), thus allowing the squeezing torque required by the amount of food items fed not to exceed the load limit of a squeezing electric motor. The technical effect provided is such that: the maximum amount of food items allowed between the spiral body (400) and the annular screen (500) is effectively controlled, thus ensuring the functional stability of a juicer, and specifically preventing cases of the spiral body (400) stop rotating due to overloading and the electric motor being jammed. Use of the juicing system and method allows a restriction on the size of the material inlet (201) to be lifted, thereby allowing the material inlet (201) of the juicer to be of the maximum allowable material inlet diameter, thus allowing large-sized food items to processed directly. |
