A flyback converter LED dimming device according to embodiments of the present invention comprises: a transformation coil unit having a first side coil, a second-side first coil, and a second-side second coil; a flyback driving unit for driving the first side coil; a first rectifying unit for generating an LED driving current provided to an LED string from an induction current flowing in the second-side first coil; and a second rectifying unit for generating an output voltage from an induction current flowing in the second-side second coil. The flyback converter LED dimming device includes: an LED string switch serially connected to the LED string; and a dimming control unit for generating a dimming switching signal in which a duty ratio is determined according to a dimming level selected by a user, and controlling an LED string switch by a dimming switching signal.
