The present invention relates to a transparent soundproof panel comprising: a rectangular outer frame (100) and an inner frame (200) on which a transparent panel (300) is fixated to be replaceable joined to an inner side of the outer frame (100). A rotary shaft (210) of the inner frame (200) is sided to a rear side of the inner frame (200) while the inner frame (200) is joined to the outer frame (100) to be able to rotate around a y-axis such that a transparent panel is capable of being replaced while the inner frame is rotated. Accordingly, the transparent soundproof panel is capable of easily replacing the transparent panel. |
