A method for diagnosis of at least one valve (10, 11) in at least one cylinder (61-66) in a combustion engine (1) comprising the steps, at a movement of a piston (14) in said cylinder (81-86), of detecting movements propagating in a cylinder head (8) of the cylinder (61-66) or of parts adjacent thereto in the engine (1), comparing values resulting from the detection step with at least one stored setpoint value, and determining the state of said at least one valve (10, 11), based on the result of said comparison. |
