An exhaust purification device disposed in an exhaust passage through which exhaust emitted from an engine is caused to flow is provided with: a first catalyst that purifies NOX contained in exhaust by using a reducing agent; a second catalyst that is disposed upstream of the exhaust passage relative to the first catalyst and generates a reducing agent by reforming fuel; a fuel supply unit that is disposed upstream of the exhaust passage relative to the second catalyst and supplies the fuel to the second catalyst; and a fuel supply control unit that controls, in accordance with the state of the first catalyst, a fuel supply amount per unit time in one fuel supply by the fuel supply unit. |
