The present invention relates to a pendulum power generator using natural energy and a combined structure thereof. For the same, the present invention includes a cylindrical housing which is prepared to float on the sea level and is rotated by the fluctuation of the sea level by at least one levitating wing formed on the outer circumference of the housing, a weight body prepared on the bottom of the levitating wing, a power unit coupled to the inner side of the housing to rotate as an integral part, and a gravitating body which relatively does not rotate by corresponding to the rotation of the housing in order to deliver the rotary force to the power unit. Thereby, power is stably and efficiently generated since the housing can be freely rotated by the fluctuation of the sea level. |
