The present invention relates to a novel Edwardsiella tarda ET-191 strain, an inactivated vaccine for preventing edwardsiellosis in fish comprising the strain, and a method for preventing edwardsiellosis in fish. The inactivated vaccine for preventing edwardsiellosis in fish using the novel Edwardsiella tarda ET-191 strain according to the present invention has an effect of effectively increasing immunity against edwardsiellosis for effective prevention, thereby being useful for fish culturing and the like.
