determining an uplink/downlink configuration change at a border of a current radio frame and a following radio frame, and determining timing for hybrid automatic repeat request uplink signaling for downlink subframes belonging to the current radio frame but to be transmitted in the following radio frame based on primary cell-secondary cell configuration principles for carrier aggregation with different uplink/downlink configurations for different bands.
