The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for forming a connection between devices by using a Bluetooth low energy (LE) technology. The present invention provides a method and an apparatus, which forms a Bluetooth connection by allowing: an advertisement message including information related to a pairing control service to be received from a first device so as to form the Bluetooth connection; an input, to be requested through the Bluetooth, for connection request information indicating the transmission of a connection request message to a second device included in pairing control point information; and a first indication message, to be received from the first device, including connection state information indicating a connection state of the second device.
