The present invention provides a flexible thermoplastic polyester elastomer composition having exceptional thermal aging resistance and water resistance. This thermoplastic polyester elastomer composition contains 0.1-10 parts by mass of a carbodiimide compound (C), 0.01-5 parts by mass of a hindered phenol antioxidant (D), and 0.01-5 parts by mass of a sulfur-based antioxidant (E) per 100 total parts by mass of: a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) having, as main constituent components, hard segments comprising polyester configured from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic diol or alicyclic diol, and soft segments comprising an aliphatic polyether, the thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) having a soft segment content of 3-40 mass%; and a modified olefinic elastomer (B). The mass ratio ((A)/(B)) of the above (A) and (B) is 95/5-40/60. |
