There is provided an electromechanical integrated motor with improved assembly workability. A power-converter housing (2) includes: a radiator wall (18) with a surface on a motor housing (10) side thereof to which a power conversion module is attached; and an outer cylinder wall (15) extending further toward the motor housing (10) side compared with the radiator wall (18) while being disposed on the outer periphery of the power conversion module. The radiator wall (18) and the outer cylinder wall (15) are formed as separate members.
